Holiday Stress Relief: Mindfulness and Meditation

Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren, for a calming lunch break meditation.

 Classes will be held virtually via Zoom on Mondays, December 2, 9 and 16 from 12:30-1:00 pm. In these 30-minute mindfulness meditation classes, you will learn daily mindfulness tools, calm your mind and body, and reduce stress. Participants will be introduced to, and guided through, a different type of meditation each class. See below for class details:

12/2 - Progressive Muscle Relaxation (ft. deep breathing for stress relief)

12/9 - Movement Meditation (ft. light movement and breathing. No equipment needed.)

12/16 - Loving Kindness Meditation

These sessions will be recorded. The video link will be sent to all registrants within 48 hours of each class.
